Lafayette Moms Blog is owned, managed and founded by two Louisiana natives, Ashley Angelico and Elizabeth Schmelling. Ashley and Elizabeth have operated successful Louisiana parenting websites since 2012 when they launched New Orleans Moms Blog, which quickly became the city’s largest online parenting resource. A few years later in 2016, the pair acquired Red Stick Moms Blog, which serves the Baton Rouge parenting community, from its original founder.
